Services Provided

AA Furniture Repair provides furniture-related services including, but not limited to:

• Furniture repair and restoration
• Upholstery cleaning
• Furniture disassembly and reassembly
• Custom furniture fabrication
• Electrical and hardwire mechanism solutions
• Furniture modifications and restoration services

Electronic Communications

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, invoices, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided through photos, videos, or verbal descriptions are preliminary and subject to change after in-person inspection by our technicians.

Additional charges may apply depending on:

• Item condition
• Accessibility
• Structural complexity
• Materials used
• Additional labor required

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount, plus applicable travel charges, will apply to cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• Standard disassembly and reassembly includes removal of the furniture back from the deck when construction allows.
• If the item still does not fit after standard disassembly, additional cutting, modification, or folding services may be required. Each additional cut is billed at $175.
• If no elevator service is available, a stair-carry fee of $20 per flight, per item, will apply.
• Additional charges may apply for:
  • Nail-head detailing
  • Tufted buttons
  • Hand sewing
  • Exterior frames
  • Metal or foam interior frames
  • Built-in legs
  • Specialty construction or difficult access
• For delivery appointments, if technicians arrive before the item has been delivered or made available, an idle time fee of $75 per hour may apply.
• No refunds will be issued if, at the customer’s request, an item is successfully moved into the desired space without disassembly.
• While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window, delays may occasionally occur. Customers may reschedule without penalty if we miss the appointment window; however, no compensation will be provided for delayed arrivals.
